Dining ServicesHousing Services
  • Meals through UNI Dining will be required for conference groups staying in Department of Residence facilities Monday breakfast - Friday lunch.
  • Catering packages will be available for Friday dinner through Sunday when meals are not offered in Rialto.
  • A Dining Services representative will contact you to create a dining services plan for your group.
  • Catered events, picnics, sack lunches, pizza parties and snacks are all possibilities!
  • See the Conference Planning Guide for current information on dining options.
  • Housekeeping services may include a prepared bed, towel, soap and cup.
  • Washcloths and blankets are available in the hall office at no charge.
  • Housing registration and key distribution will be managed by conference housing staff.
  • Local calls, calling card calls and credit card calls can be made from lobby telephones.
  • The conference office will be open when your group is scheduled to be in the residence hall.
  • Our conference staff is in the hall overnight if an emergency should arise.

Additional Costs
Please select any other services you would like your guests to have during their stay.
Wellness Recreation Center Admission$5 for one admission or $15 for unlimited week of admissions. Guests must go to the WRC office during office hours to set up admission and requests must be made prior to group arrival.
Parking PassesFor groups, please utilize the link at the Public Safety Website. For individuals, passes will be available at the conference office for purchase ($10.00 per week for a C Permit). Passes allow parking in both C and CP lots.
Internet Access$10 per computer up to two weeks or $20 per month. Access must be set up prior to arrival through on-line forms that will be available.
LinenFresh linen is provided on a weekly basis. If you would like fresh linen more frequently for your group, cost is $4 per change.
